The
Southern Hemisphere's largest water polo event occurs every other year
in Auckland, New Zealand!
Celebrating
20 years of Pan Pacific action! The 1st Pan Pacific Youth
Water Polo Festival was held in 1990 and has been held
every other year since then. The next running of this
event will be in 2010. The Pan Pacific Tournament attracts
club, regional and school based teams from throughout
New Zealand, Australia, California and Hawaii. The 2008
event attracted 108 teams from throughout the Pacific
area.
The tournament
is held in Auckland - New Zealand's largest City - and uses
a variety of venues, the main pool being the Waitakere Aquatic
Centre in West Auckland.
