All entry forms must be delivered to TIS office before drawing date. Prize must be redeemed and trip completed on or before December 15, 2012. certificate expires after that date. Your chances of winning will depend on total number of entries. Prize is not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash. Departure city must be a U.S. major gateway city only. No stopover allowed on route to/from destination. Saturday night stay at destination may be required. Reservation request must be made in writing or email at least 45 days before requested departure date. Itinerary can not be modified once requested and/or once travel documents have been issued. Duration of trip is up to 3 nights stay. Requested flights and departure/return dates are subject to availability at advance purchase and/or promotional air fare category. Flights at certain dates may not be available and alternate airports and/substitute dates will be offered. Selected gateway airport may not be necessarily the closest airport to the winner's residence location. Passengers must provide first, middle & last name as shown on their government or state identification document, and date of birth. Once tickets are issued, any spellings corrections will incur document change fee that can be form $100.00 and up. Checke-in airline baggage fees, estimated at $25 and up per luggage,and hotel parking fees, estimated at $20 per car per 24 hours, are not included in the Prize. Travel International Sports is not responsible for any additional costs incurred because of missed flights. In case of a trip cancellation by the winner, for any reason, after travel documents have been issued, travel can not be rescheduled for a future date and the cost of prize, will be claimed back to TIS. Winner(s) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. All additional applicable federal, state, or local taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) consent to use of their names without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Employees of Travel International Sports, their immediate families or advertising agencies staff members associated with this promotion can not participate in this promotion. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Offer void where prohibited by law. By using the services of these suppliers you agree that TIS will not be held liable for any bodily injury and/or financial damages, incidental or direct, incurred in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or any other services rendered as part of the tour, including but not limited to, negligence, defective equipment, strikes, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, delays, trip interruptions, cease operations, bankruptcies, rate increases, weather conditions, or “Act of God”. The airline’s passenger contract, once issued, constitutes the sole agreement between the passenger and the airline. Any or all transportation companies shall incur their liabilities as common carriers. Any claims if made, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
